Fees

We are a private billing clinic. From the 1st of July 2026, we are introducing a tiered pricing system. 

 

Dr Michelle Wong charges $155 for an initial consult (F004), and $102 for a standard consult (F014) 

subject to potential rate adjustments.

 

Dr Hannah Chun is a surgical podiatrist with endorsements for scheduled medicines, and charges $170 for an initial consult (F004), and a flat rate of $110 for a standard consult (F014) subject to potential rate adjustments.
 

Additional costs for treatments, such as dispensed devices (ie. orthotics) and foot-related consumables, may apply, and patients are encouraged to seek clarification from our staff if they have any questions. Please note that Saturday consultations require a full consultation fee and nil concession is applicable.

If you hold a valid concession card such as a government assigned healthcare card or pensioner's card (not WA seniors card), you may be entitled to a concession price. Please let us know on your new patient form if you hold a concession card, and bring proof to your appointment.
 

HICAPS facilities are available to instantly claim private health rebates if you are covered for Podiatry under ancillaries. Please quote the above F codes to your health fund in order to find out your out of pocket expense.  We accept EFTPOS payments with a 1% surcharge per transaction. 

 

Medicare applies solely to those eligible under a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM, EPC, or TCA) issued by their GP. Full payment of the consultation fee as above is required on the day, eligible Medicare rebates are then directly reimbursed to the patient's account.
